I am a big fan of baked fruit, it has so unique flavor. It is better to consume fruits while they are fresh of course, but if you crave a dessert and you want the feeling of a real dessert in your mouth, then baking the fruit is ok too. It has that warm sweet taste and it is perfect for winter. Even though the fruit is baked, it can keep much of its nutrients and still be pretty healthy.
